Extended Biography

Christian “Chry” Cassella identifies himself as an artivist. After completing classical studies, he graduated in Performing Arts and Sciences of Performance at Sapienza University of Rome and later specialized in design and social innovation at the Centro Sperimentale MEDIARS in Los Angeles, California.

He has been actively involved in social and political movements, including The Zeitgeist Movement (TZM) and the local networks Donare Italia, the R2020 “fires”, and the VITA party. As a creative consultant, he has collaborated with CRM – Centro Ricerche Musicali and with the interdisciplinary contemporary culture festival ArteScienza. He is also a co-author, together with Silvano Agosti, of the Media Festival “Pensiero Sostenibile".

He founded artivism®, an innovative startup and multimodal space created to share ideas, promote social movements, mobilize local communities, develop creative skills, and produce socially relevant works.

“Rimbaud, il primo poeta punk?” is his debut publication.
